Heron's Nest Cottages are very proud to welcome Shiretown Beer on the site of the cottages. We are looking forward to a great collaboration with the only micro-brewery on this side of the Baie des Chaleurs. ShireTown Beer has expanded and is now operating out of Charlo! A local success story in the making, the two magnificent beers offered by owner Derek Leslie and his associate Tim Donahue have rapidly become a local tradition in Restigouche and in the rest of New-Brunswick! You can visit the installations and then drop in for a pint of La Blonde du Quai or a Big Brown Ale which are available on tap in the Heron's Nest Bistro Pub! Stay tuned for 500ml Blonde du Quai bottles which will be available for sale soon!
